Position: Public Area Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Public Area Attendants and ensure meticulous cleanliness of all resort public spaces.
- Develop and manage the deep cleaning schedule for lobbies, restaurants, and event spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections of public washrooms and high-traffic areas.
- Manage chemical inventory, equipment maintenance, and cleaning efficiency in public areas.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office and F&B teams to manage cleaning logistics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Public Area Supervisor or senior cleaner in a large hotel.
- Expert knowledge of floor care, specialized surface cleaning, and chemical usage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a team efficiently across a large property.
- Excellent communication skills to report issues and coordinate tasks.
- Attention to detail in maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the Anyer resort.
- Ability to manage a large inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
