Position: Order Taker
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central communication point for all Housekeeping and guest requests (e.g., amenities, maintenance).
- Receive, log, and dispatch work orders accurately and quickly to the relevant staff (Rooms, Public Area, Engineering).
- Maintain detailed logs of all guest requests, follow-ups, and completion times.
- Handle guest calls with a professional, polite, and efficient manner.
- Assist in monitoring the status of vacant and cleaned rooms.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Taker, Service Center Agent, or Front Office staff is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and strong verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using hotel communication and PMS software.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks based on operational urgency.
- Willingness to support the guest service experience at the Anyer resort.
