Position: Linen Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the sorting, issuing, and control of all guest room and F&B linen inventory.
- Ensure accurate physical inventory counts and minimize linen loss or damage.
- Coordinate with the Laundry team and external contractors for cleaning schedules.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the linen room and uniform distribution area.
- Train staff on proper linen handling and storage procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Linen Supervisor or senior clerk in Housekeeping.
- Expert knowledge of textile types, care instructions, and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in stock control.
- Ability to lead a small team and communicate clearly with the Laundry section.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals specific to linen.
- Proficiency in record keeping and reporting discrepancies.
- Willingness to support the resort’s operational demands in Banten.
