Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the designated Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations and ensuring the highest standards of guest service across all departments.
  • Handle complex guest concerns, disputes, and emergencies with professionalism, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Conduct routine property walks to monitor operational standards, security, and cleanliness.
  • Act as a liaison between all hotel departments, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
  • Assist the Front Office team during peak periods, including check-in/check-out and handling reservations.
  • Conduct briefings and handovers to staff across shifts, ensuring all critical information is communicated clearly.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and IHG brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Duty Manager in a luxury hotel setting in Bandung or West Java.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-departmental teams efficiently.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution, communication, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and front office procedures.
  • Must possess strong leadership presence, excellent grooming standards, and a customer-centric focus.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive and keen attention to detail, noticing the little things that enhance guest experience.
