Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front office operations during assigned shifts to ensure service standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed by all staff
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering for room readiness and maintenance
- Prepare shift reports and communicate critical information to management
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma 1 education level
- Experienced working in the same position for min 1 year
- High motivated, proactive, energetic and good personality
- Attention to detail
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
