Position: Chief Steward
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Chief Steward or Assistant Chief Steward in a hotel
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
- Ability to manage inventory, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance
- Leadership skills to supervise and schedule the stewarding team
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
