Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries efficiently
