Position: Chinese Cook / Chinese Sous-chef
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to hotel standards
- Assist in menu planning and development for Chinese cuisine
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are strictly followed
- Monitor food quality and presentation consistency
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques (for Sous Chef)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position
- Expertise in Chinese cuisine and cooking methods
- Strong communication skill
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude
- Indonesian citizens only
