Position: Assistant HK Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing department operations
- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the entire hotel
- Manage housekeeping budget and control expenses
- Coordinate with Front Office on room status and special requests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (Managerial Level)
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task
- Strong communication skill and leadership
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude
- Indonesian citizens only
