Position: Assistant Audit Manager/Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Audit Manager in overseeing internal audits and financial controls
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and financial regulations
  • Prepare financial reports and analyze variances for management review
  • Supervise the audit team and provide guidance on daily operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve financial efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in auditing or accounting within the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
