Position: Cluster Director Of Sales – M.I.C.E.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the MICE sales strategy for the cluster properties to maximize revenue
- Manage and develop key relationships with MICE planners and corporate clients
- Oversee the MICE sales team and provide mentorship and direction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close major MICE deals
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in MICE sales at a leadership level in luxury hotels
- Strong strategic planning and revenue management skills
- Excellent network within the MICE industry
- Superior negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
