Position: Cluster Sales Executive – EBC
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming event inquiries and generate proposals
- Convert inquiries into bookings through effective sales techniques
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Conduct site inspections for potential clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure all event details are finalized
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or events coordination
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in using office and sales software
