Position: Sales Manager – Wedding

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sell wedding packages and services to prospective couples
  • Conduct show-arounds and consultations with clients
  • Prepare contracts and coordinate with operations teams for event setup
  • Maintain relationships with clients to encourage referrals
  • Achieve individual sales targets for the wedding segment

Qualifications:

  • Experience in wedding sales or event planning in a hotel setting
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Passion for weddings and events
  • Organized and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
