Position: FO Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Train, schedule, and supervise Front Desk Agents to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest complaints and complex inquiries with professionalism and authority
- Ensure accurate billing and compliance with hotel cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Reservations to manage room inventory effectively
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the same field, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and inventory management
- Familiar with hotel system (Power Pro)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus
