Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train the F&B service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and maximize restaurant profitability
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Plan and execute special events and promotions within the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Management or Hospitality
- Extensive experience in restaurant management, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate the team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Proficiency in English is required
