Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and process check-ins efficiently using Power Pro system
- Manage guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities and local Cirebon attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at the front desk
Qualifications:
- Experience in a front office role or similar customer service position
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using hotel systems (Power Pro preferred)
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
- Willingness to work in shifts including nights and weekends
