Position: Spa Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the spa and assist with appointment bookings
- Provide information on spa treatments, packages, and wellness products
- Process payments and manage daily sales reports
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure timely service delivery
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D1) or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Hospitality, Tourism, or Wellness)
- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality operations is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a professional manner
- Good communication skill and well groomed appearance
- Willingness to be placed at Amarta Beachfront Resort & Spa
