Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in luxury hotels
- Strong culinary expertise and ability to design innovative menus
- Excellent leadership skills to train and mentor the kitchen brigade
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage food costs and inventory effectively
- Creative approach to culinary presentation and guest satisfaction
- Fluent in English with strong communication abilities
