Position: Night Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during the night shift ensuring guest safety and security
- Perform night audit procedures and generate daily revenue reports
- Supervise night staff across various departments ensuring service continuity
- Handle any guest issues or emergencies that arise during the night
- Ensure all end of day procedures are completed accurately
Qualifications:
- Graduated from diploma or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position and strong leadership skill
- Familiar with Power Pro System
- Pass on SILK OJK (BI Checking)
- Excellent Command in both written and spoken English
