Position: FO Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front desk team ensuring efficient and friendly service
- Assist in training and developing front office staff
- Monitor room inventory and assist in maximizing occupancy and revenue
- Resolve guest issues escalated by front desk agents
- Ensure all front office procedures and policies are followed
Qualifications:
- Graduated from diploma or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position and strong leadership skill
- Familiar with Power Pro System
- Pass on SILK OJK (BI Checking)
- Excellent Command in both written and spoken English
