Position: FB Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure the highest standards of service and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and manage operational costs.
- Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all outlets.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock levels.
Qualifications:
- Male.
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Relevant certifications for the position are preferred.
- Familiar with VHP System.
- Familiar with Bar Knowledge.
- Well-groomed, adaptable, and in good health.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
