Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality
- Develop innovative menus and manage food costs effectively
- Lead and mentor the kitchen team to ensure operational excellence
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with management to drive F&B revenue
Qualifications:
- Has experience at the same position for minimum of 2 (two) years
- Strong leadership and a good team player
- Dynamic personality, proactive, and hands on leader
- High level of detail cleanliness and maintenance
- Leader in kitchen area background will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with cost and expenses focus
- Strong in revenue driven
