Position: Guest Service Agent – Mandarin Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures for guests
- Assist Mandarin-speaking guests with translation and inquiries
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and provide local information
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin (Spoken and Written) is mandatory
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Service roles
- Familiarity with VHP or other Property Management Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Guest-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Able to work shifts
