Position: Cook
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to hotel recipes and standards
- Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are strictly followed
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook in hotels, restaurants, or catering
- Proficient in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
- Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food storage procedures
- Honest, Discipline, responsible attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina and willingness to work shifts
