Position: Asst F&B Manager / F&B Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department to ensure high standards of service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs
- Train, mentor, and supervise the F&B team to maintain professional service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree with relevant education background
- Min. 3 year experience in the same position
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skill and pleasant personality
- Hard working and have positive work attitude
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
