Position: Restaurant Manager
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service.
- Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost control effectively.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize menu offerings and quality.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
