Position: Waiter/ss
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests in accordance with resort standards
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/ss in a hotel or restaurant
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Pleasant personality with a strong service orientation
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Willing to work shift hours including weekends and holidays
