Position: Wellness Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the wellness and spa facilities
- Develop and implement wellness programs and treatments for guests
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and facility cleanliness
- Monitor inventory and procurement of spa supplies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of one year in a similar position, preferably at a luxury hotel or resort
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of wellness trends and spa therapies
- Excellent communication and guest relation abilities
