Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading our kitchen’s operations, including overseeing all culinary activities
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations with respect to food safety and hygiene
- Maintaining inventory levels, controlling food costs, and reviewing procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Being the HACCP champion and ensuring all of our Heartist are following and compliance to HACCP guidelines
- Build trusting relationships with others and lead the team with enthusiasm
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years previous leadership experience within similar role
- Advanced culinary skills and knowledge of all cuisine
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and food waste reduction program
- Enthusiastic and positive personality
