Position: Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all guest rooms and public areas
  • Manage department budgets, inventory, and labor costs effectively
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional personalized service
  • Coordinate with engineering for preventative maintenance and room repairs

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in housekeeping management within a five-star hotel environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to the smallest details
  • Ability to lead a large and diverse team to achieve excellence
  • Knowledge of the latest cleaning technologies and eco-friendly practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and guest interaction abilities

  • Degree in hospitality management or equivalent professional experience
