Position: Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all guest rooms and public areas
- Manage department budgets, inventory, and labor costs effectively
- Train and develop housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional personalized service
- Coordinate with engineering for preventative maintenance and room repairs
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in housekeeping management within a five-star hotel environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to the smallest details
- Ability to lead a large and diverse team to achieve excellence
- Knowledge of the latest cleaning technologies and eco-friendly practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and guest interaction abilities
- Commitment to maintaining luxury brand standards at all times
- Degree in hospitality management or equivalent professional experience
