Position: Housekeeping Admin
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks for the housekeeping department, including scheduling and record-keeping
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Engineering teams regarding room status and maintenance needs
- Receive and document guest requests or lost and found items, ensuring prompt follow-up
- Maintain the department’s communication logs and ensure all documentation is filed accurately
Qualifications:
- Degree on any hospitality related course
- Experience in similar position at 4 star hotel
- Hospitality professional with minimum 1 year of experience
- Fluent in English with great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Result oriented, hard worker, good attitude & personality
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and excellent customer service skills
