Position: Reservation & E-Commerce Staff
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process guest room reservations through various booking channels
- Update hotel room availability and rates on the hotel website and OTAs
- Analyze online market trends to optimize digital sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer support for reservation inquiries via phone and email
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the hotel’s online presence
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel reservations or e-commerce operations
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and online travel platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Analytical mindset with a focus on sales growth and market trends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred
