Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Manage marketing budgets and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as DOSM in luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the luxury market and digital marketing.
- Fluent in English.
