Position: Chinese Head Chef (Expatriate)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Chinese kitchen operations.
- Create authentic Chinese menus and dishes.
- Ensure food quality and consistency.
- Train kitchen staff on Chinese cuisine techniques.
- Manage food cost and kitchen hygiene.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience at 5-star hotel.
- Expertise in Chinese cuisine.
- Strong leadership and culinary skills.
- Visionary leader who is technology savvy.
- Excellent office administration, communication and analytical skills.
