Position: Director of Sales / Assistant Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the luxury property.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction.
- Identify and secure key corporate and travel accounts through proactive market outreach.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies for competitive positioning.
- Maintain strong understanding of sales principles and luxury customer service practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star premium hotel environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of revenue growth and team development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities in both Bahasa and English.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail in sales reporting.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
