Position: Chef de partie
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a specific kitchen section and ensure it is fully operational for service
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Supervise and guide junior chefs and cooks in their daily food preparation tasks
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients for the section
Qualifications:
- Experience minimum 2 years in similar position in a professional kitchen
- Relevant education background in Culinary Arts
- Professional appearance and good personality
- Good personality and communication skill
- Hard worker and have positive attitude
- Strong culinary skills and passion for creating high quality food
- Ability to lead a team effectively in a fast paced environment
