Position: Bartender (Job ID: 25196271)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes.
- Interact with guests at the bar, providing personalized service and recommending beverage pairings.
- Manage bar inventory, ensure proper storage of supplies, and maintain a clean workstation.
- Uphold strict standards for responsible service of alcohol and guest safety.
- Assist in developing creative seasonal drink menus to drive bar revenue.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a 4 or 5-star hotel or high-end lounge.
- Knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and craft beer.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with international travelers.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Professional attitude and commitment to service excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent; mixology certification is an advantage.
- Fluent in English to cater to airport transit guests.
