Position: Bartender (Job ID: 25196271)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes.
  • Interact with guests at the bar, providing personalized service and recommending beverage pairings.
  • Manage bar inventory, ensure proper storage of supplies, and maintain a clean workstation.
  • Uphold strict standards for responsible service of alcohol and guest safety.
  • Assist in developing creative seasonal drink menus to drive bar revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender in a 4 or 5-star hotel or high-end lounge.
  • Knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and craft beer.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with international travelers.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Professional attitude and commitment to service excellence.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; mixology certification is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English to cater to airport transit guests.
