Position: Assistant Banquet Manager (Job ID: 25205506)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the execution of high-quality banquet events and meetings.
- Manage banquet staffing levels and provide on-the-floor leadership during events.
- Ensure all event spaces are set up according to BEO (Banquet Event Order) specifications.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction throughout the duration of events.
- Coordinate with the culinary and sales teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience in banquet service management or a senior supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple events.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and event setups.
- Flexible with working hours, including late nights and weekends.
