Position: Food & Beverage Manager (Job ID: 252005903)
Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage all F&B outlets and banquet operations to drive guest satisfaction and departmental revenue.
- Develop and implement innovative dining concepts, promotions, and menu enhancements.
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance management for a large F&B team.
- Monitor departmental financial performance, labor costs, and operational expenses against budget targets.
- Uphold Sheraton and Marriott global service and quality standards across all dining experiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury international hotel brand.
- Proven track record in driving revenue and improving guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Deep knowledge of global culinary trends and beverage management.
- Relevant hospitality degree or professional management certification.
- Fluent in English with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
