Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a specific kitchen station during service
- Maintain standard recipes and food presentation
- Manage and train commis chefs and trainees
- Monitor stock levels and perform requisitions
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Senior Commis or Chef de Partie
- Strong technical cooking skills in various sections
- Ability to lead a small team under pressure
- Clean and organized working habits
- Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen
- Professional culinary background
- Fluent in Bahasa and basic English
