Position: Demi Chef de Partie (25203359)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a specific kitchen section to ensure food quality and consistency
- Assist the Sous Chef in menu preparation and recipe development
- Lead and train junior cooks in culinary techniques and plating standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards within the workstation
- Control food portions and minimize waste to optimize departmental costs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position at a 4-star hotel
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Knowledge of HACCP and international food safety standards
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Highly organized with a focus on consistency
