Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all culinary operations to ensure top tier food quality and innovation
- Develop creative menus that align with FUGO’s trend-defining brand identity
- Oversee kitchen budgets and contribute to the organization’s strategic goals
- Mentor and build high-performance culinary teams across the resort
- Identify and solve operational problems effectively to maintain excellence
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 Year experience at similar position in 4 star Hotel
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Understanding and contributing to the department’s and organization’s strategic goals
- Knowledge of financial concepts and ability to manage budgets
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
