Position: Chef de Partie (Hot Kitchen)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hot kitchen operations to ensure food quality and presentation standards
  • Lead and train junior cooks on standard operating procedures and recipe consistency
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene protocols strictly within the workstation
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the Executive Chef for menu execution
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

Qualifications:

  • Min. 1 year experience in the same position
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Team player with good personality
  • Expertise in hot kitchen preparation and diverse cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment
