Position: Chef de Partie (Hot Kitchen)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hot kitchen operations to ensure food quality and presentation standards
- Lead and train junior cooks on standard operating procedures and recipe consistency
- Monitor food safety and hygiene protocols strictly within the workstation
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the Executive Chef for menu execution
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year experience in the same position
- Good communication and organization skills
- Team player with good personality
- Expertise in hot kitchen preparation and diverse cooking techniques
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment
