Position: RDM – Room Division Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all room division operations including Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure service excellence
- Develop and implement SOPs to enhance guest check in, room readiness, and departure processes
- Manage and mentor department heads to foster a collaborative and high performance environment
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate the overall guest experience
- Manage budgets and operational costs for the room division to achieve financial targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Room Division Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury resort
- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Result oriented with a focus on luxury standards and guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
