The Seraya, Komodo is a breathtaking luxury resort located on a private island in the Komodo archipelago, where pristine white beaches meet the vibrant azure waters of the Flores Sea. We are currently hosting a walk in interview for various hotel jobs in Komodo for passionate individuals who wish to work in a paradise setting.

Position: Captain Speed Boat
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the resort’s speed boat for guest transfers and island tours
- Willingly maintain the speed boat and ensure all marine safety gear is on board
- Coordinate with the Front Office for guest logistics and transfer timings
- Provide guests with a professional and welcoming experience on the water
- Ensure strict compliance with all marine and resort safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Valid license and proven experience as a Speed Boat Captain
- Strong knowledge of marine safety and navigation in the Komodo area
- Reliable, hard working, and have a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
- Service oriented and able to handle guest interactions professionally
- Knowledge of boat maintenance and minor repairs is a plus
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
