Position: IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s IT infrastructure and ensure system reliability
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor data integrity
- Manage IT budgets and coordinate with technical vendors
- Lead technical support for staff and guest facing technology
- Identify and solve IT problems effectively to support operations
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 Year experience at similar position in 4 star Hotel
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Understanding and contributing to organization’s strategic goals
- Specific technical skills required based on hotel systems
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with team
