Position: Front Office Manager (SGS-FOM)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Have strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and guest service protocols
  • Ability to manage department operations and financial targets
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
