Position: Outlet Chef

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Outlet Chef or Sous Chef in a professional hotel kitchen environment
  • Strong culinary expertise with a focus on consistent food quality and innovative presentation
  • Leadership skills to manage daily kitchen operations and mentor the culinary team
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Ability to manage food costing and inventory within a high-volume outlet
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under operational pressure
  • Relevant culinary degree or professional vocational training is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily culinary operations of the specific hotel outlet to ensure brand standards are met
  • Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation and service periods
  • Collaborate with management to develop and update outlet menus and seasonal promotions
  • Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes are prepared according to established recipes
  • Maintain the highest levels of sanitation and workplace safety within the kitchen area
