Position: Outlet Chef
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Outlet Chef or Sous Chef in a professional hotel kitchen environment
- Strong culinary expertise with a focus on consistent food quality and innovative presentation
- Leadership skills to manage daily kitchen operations and mentor the culinary team
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Ability to manage food costing and inventory within a high-volume outlet
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under operational pressure
- Relevant culinary degree or professional vocational training is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily culinary operations of the specific hotel outlet to ensure brand standards are met
- Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation and service periods
- Collaborate with management to develop and update outlet menus and seasonal promotions
- Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes are prepared according to established recipes
- Maintain the highest levels of sanitation and workplace safety within the kitchen area
