Position: CDP Pastry
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
- Relevant culinary educational background specialized in pastry
- Well-groomed and good personality
- Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
- Knowledge of international pastry techniques and dessert trends
- Ability to lead a small pastry team and manage production schedules
- Strong attention to detail and artistic presentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen to ensure high quality standards
- Prepare a wide range of pastries, breads, and desserts for outlets and events
- Collaborate on menu development for specialty desserts and seasonal items
- Manage pastry inventory and ensure efficient rotation of ingredients
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry area
