Position: CDP Pastry

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
  • Relevant culinary educational background specialized in pastry
  • Well-groomed and good personality
  • Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
  • Knowledge of international pastry techniques and dessert trends
  • Ability to lead a small pastry team and manage production schedules
  • Strong attention to detail and artistic presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen to ensure high quality standards
  • Prepare a wide range of pastries, breads, and desserts for outlets and events
  • Collaborate on menu development for specialty desserts and seasonal items
  • Manage pastry inventory and ensure efficient rotation of ingredients
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry area
